25000kms of wisdom…

The Highway My Only True Home
25000kms up. Yuppppppeeeeeee!!
It’s a moment of glory, cheer, pride & wisdom as I’ve managed to keep up with my loyalty towards my beloved bike. The moment I was blessed with the shining black machine, I knew I would have the best days ripping on numerous tarmacs.
The HUNK has been a perfectly able companion for me while I was in a mood to push the very throttle. It didn’t complaint & didn’t demand much as well. All I could worry about were the rising fuel prices, thanks to the superiorly defined government laws in our country. However, my iron friend seldom developed the agony for the same. It’s been quite a journey. Jotting down 25000kms on that mighty odometer, practicing stunts at times (when I was not in my senses), participating, performing and almost winning in the Castrol Power1 Passion Hunt & touring scenic places in North India, it was all part of an epic. I & the bike have done it all.

The unforgettable debut roadtrip...
Be it the historical & cosmic Agra Roadtrip, the much required Lucknow Roadtrip, the smooth & friendly Manesar Ride, my first-ever hill ride during the Shimla Roadtrip, the mischievous Delhi Night-Out , the numerous Murthal Rides (Chapter 1, 2, 3, 4), or even the Circuit Lapping and Drag down the Greater Noida Expressway, the HUNK has been there & done that. And still craving for more & roaring out “Bring it on!!” I’ve ridden in rain that went underneath to explore me, in cold breeze that cold possibly freeze me, in sand storms at Pathankot (J&K) that almost took me off the road and on the worst roads with pot holes of the size of my bike’s ancestors.
Recently, I failed to rip upto the rugged Ladakh. I left home with my companion with a hope to capture the mighty heights of the snow capped mountains, the highest & the fiercest passes & the freezing cold lakes at altitudes that would take anyone by shock. And when I say I failed, I solely mean “I”, coz my bike didn’t. I was sick of riding in that heat, but the bike wasn’t. My ass was yelling to rest in peace, but the engine was roaring for more. I’m proud to be with the one I am. If it wasn’t for my humble bike, I probably wouldn’t be here to pen down what you are reading right now. I possible couldn’t survive the situation I was in. Thanks to the HUNK for making It making it possible for me gather my courage & reaching home in time, before it was too late.
I love her. I’ll continue to take care. I’m sure both of us have many more expeditions to cover before the Lord expects me up there.

Never back down...
You just read the honest write-up dedicated to the first 25000kms that my bike rolled down with giant like me riding it. Do share your opinions on the same & wish me n the HUNK numerous miles ahead.
Live in Peace,
